Wilderness Days 16.-17.8.2025
The Wilderness Days will take place again this year. The programme will be more detailed as the event approaches.
The Pihlainen Wilderness is calling again this summer on 16-17 August 2025, when the Pihlajavesi Wilderness Days in Keuruu will be held for the seventh time.
As usual, guided tours will be organised on Saturday and on Sunday you can enjoy the scenery on your own. While you are on the trails, you should also stop to look at the signposts explaining the history and special features of the natural and cultural sites in Pihlainen. You can also learn about the history of the village through the various exhibitions open during the weekend of events.
You can buy refreshments along the routes or pick them up in your rucksack at Kauppala.
You can also easily pedal along the trails by bike or alternatively enjoy the waves of Pihlainen in a canoe or church boat. Canoe hire is handled by Wilderness Guide Jokela.
